Applicant- Sunil Kumar has filed this application under Section 447 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking transfer the proceeding of Misc. Case No.178 of 2025, titled Sunil Vs. Sonia @ Rekha, under Section 145(2) BNSS, 2023, arising out of Case No.137 of 2021, titled Smt. Sonia @ Rekha Devi and another vs. Sunil Kumar, under Section 144(3) BNSS, 2023, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura to Agra. Learned counsel prays for transfer of the proceedings pending before the Family Court, Mathura where the applicant- husband has filed an application on 3rd March, 2025 for recalling the order, whereby he was proceeded against ex- parte. The transfer is sought on the ground that the other side is threatening the applicant, but the said averement is vague and without any particulars. No ground is made out for transfer of the case of the applicant. This application is dismissed.
