Petitioner claims to be a registered firm engaged in supplying hardware material for the repairing of hand pipe. It has approached this Court with the grievance that though it supplied the materials for repairing the hand pipe in the village Kota, Block Chopan, District Sonbhadra but the admitted dues in respect of supplied materials are not being released. Learned Standing Counsel states that if the dues of petitioner are admitted, an appropriate decision in respect of release of such dues would be taken, shortly. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to take an appropriate decision in the matter relating to release of admitted dues of the petitioner and ensure that such admitted dues are released to him, at the earliest possible, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated claim of the petitioner on merits and all factual issues are left open for examination by the competent authority, at the first instance.
