Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material on record. 3.The petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer for quashing the F.I.R. no.04.07.2025 registered in Case Crime No.0259 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) and 352 B.N.S., P.S. Champur, District Bijnor. 4. Sri Umesh Dwivedi, learned AGA informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioners. However, he is not aware about the fact whether cognizance has been taken on the final report or not. Hence, relief as prayed in the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Under the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of directing that till cognizance is taken by court below on final report, the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report.
