Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vijay Kumar Rai, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer; a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 (Senior Superintendent of Police, District Bulandshahr to disclose the History Sheet i.e. 6-A, which is opened. b) Issue any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 (Senior Superintendent of Police, District Bulandshahr) to consider and decide the representation o dated 21.03.2025 (Annexure No. 4) which are submitted by the petitioner before him, regarding the disclose of the HS-6A.which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a request that the representation dated 10.03.2025 given before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr i.e. respondent No. 2 may be decided in accordance with law within a time bound period expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the instant writ petitioner but have no objection regarding the prayer for Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandra Kant Bharadwaj Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Lalit Upadhyay .....Petitioner(s) State Of Up And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) deciding the pending representation before S.S.P. Bulandshahr. 5. Taking into consideration aforesaid submissions and the above prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr to decide the representation dated 21.03.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
