Order 18/03/2025
1. By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned order dated 19.06.2009, by which the petitioner has been punished with a penalty of stoppage of one annual grade increment without cumulative effect. An alternative prayer has also been made by the petitioner for issuing directions to the reviewing authority to
(2 of 2) [CW-15209/2010] decide the review petition filed by the petitioner under Rule 33 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 (for short ‘the Rules of 1958’).
2. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Considering the fact that against the punishment order, a review petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Rule 33 of the Rules of 1958 and the said review petition has not been decided yet, the instant writ petition stands
disposed of with the expectation from the reviewing authority to decide the review petition (pending, if any) expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this
order.
4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
5. Since the petitioner is not aware about passing of this
order, let a copy of this order be sent to the petitioner on his residential address mentioned in the cause title of the memo of writ petition.
