Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2850 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66/66(B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 26.01.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Dhanbad, Sahibganj Main Road near village Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones and Aadhar Card were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the mobile phone which were recovered from the possession of the petitioner was used in cheating him. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Jasim Ansari has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
