Singh, learned counsel for all the respondents. By filing this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for amendment of the connected writ petition WP (C) No. 6565/2024. Following are the amendments sought for in this application:- “(a) Divisional Manager Food Corporation of India Senchuwa Nagaon may be allowed to be impleaded as Respondent No. 7 in writ petition; (b) Copy of the order dated 01.05.2024 passed by the Divisional Manager Senchuwa Nagaon may be allowed to be annexed as Annexure:-J; © In the cause title where the settlement date is mentioned as 27.2.2000 at page may be allowed to be rectified as 20.2.2020; Page No.# 4/4 (d) Sub-paragaraph of paragaraph 9 wherein the date of settlement is wrongly mentioned as 27.2.2000 which may be allowed to be rectified as 27.2.2020 and/ or pass any further or other order or orders as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper.
