In the last paragraph of page 2 of judgment dated March 18, 2025, the direction of this Court to dispose of the matter should be upon respondent no.7 instead of respondent no.6. Accordingly, the last paragraph of page no.2 is correctd follows: At the second line, the portion “Divisional Retail Head(RS), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Haldia Division being respondent no.6” should be deleted, and in its place “ Deputy General Manager(operation) Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Marketing Division, Haldia Terminal B, River Ring Road, Khanjanchak, Haldia, being the respondent no.7” should be inserted. Remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered. The office is directed to make out the correction within a fortnight. Concerned authority to dispose of the direction has been changed by the order of this Court; thus, it is ordered that, the respondent no.7 shall dispose of the representation within six weeks from date, instead of direction in the impugned order.
