Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 3 and 4 not to dispossess the petitioners from the plot No. 2420 area 0.25 Dismil and not to make any allotment of the aforesaid plot." 3. Instructions have been submitted by learned Standing Counsel, which are taken on record. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the State-respondents are not interfering in the possession of the petitioners and there are no proceedings pending. 4. In view of the stand taken by the learned Standing Counsel, it is expected that the possession of the petitioners will not be disturbed except in accordance with law, after drawing proper proceedings under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and in case, the possession of the petitioners is disturbed by respondent No. 5, they are granted liberty to approach this Court again. 5.
