Jokhan Mishra and others) arising out of Case Crime No.22 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 325, 506 IPC, Police Station- Sarpataha, District- Jaunpur, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) 1st/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaunpur, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
