The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chiniya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, corresponding to S.T. Case No.19 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 366 & 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa. On 20.01.2024 at about 5:30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim and took her to an isolated place and raped her. The medical report does not support the allegation.
