JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to consider the representation dated 18.06.2024 and implement the directions issued by the Special Deputy Commissioner dated 16.09.2025 in terms of Annexure-B, which is a communication by the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner to the Special Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51980 WP No. 32814 of 2025 2. It is seen that in terms of the order of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal as well as order of the Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner, there was a direction for restoration of entries in the name of Sri.Muni Kaverappa S/o Chinnappa and the said representation has not been considered. The Special Tahsildar who is directed to consider such representation is dated 16.09.2025. 3. In light of limited prayer sought for and also taking note of the order passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal which has dismissed the appeal filed by Smt.Madduramma and noticing the order of the Deputy Commissioner who also had dismissed the appeal filed against the order of the Assistant Commissioner as also noticing that the Assistant Commissioner had dismissed the appeal filed by Smt.Madduramma, the representation at Annexure-A to be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51980 WP No. 32814 of 2025 4.
