The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Agra in Criminal Revision No. 454 of 2023 whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in Criminal Misc. Application No. 3113 of 2023, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed the application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
