No.618 of 2025. 2. In this case, the accident occurred on 16.03.2021 and the case was registered under Sections 279 and 337 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The complainant has not filed any claim petition. The complainant, who is present, submits that since the vehicle had no insurance, they refrained from filing any claim.
