He further submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 and 3 to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. 4. Mr. Furqaan Yaqoob, learned GA submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be given due consideration in accordance with law. 5.
