JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of certiorari to set aside the endorsement dated 04.04.2025 issued by the 5th respondent-Deputy Tahsildar. 2. The Deputy Tahsildar in terms of Annexure-D1 has recorded a finding that the lands are within 18 kilometers of BBMP limits and accordingly has put up report to the Deputy Commissioner. 3. The proceedings of the Deputy Tahsildar is only an internal correspondence between the Deputy Tahsildar and Tahsildar, which eventually would lead to the report being sent to the Deputy Commissioner. 4. Till the order is passed under Section 108-CCC (3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966 culminating an order rejecting the application of the petitioner being ineligible, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to initiate the proceedings. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45870 WP No. 29908 of 2025 Accordingly, the petition being premature, is disposed of as not calling for any further adjudication.
