Supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the order dated August 8, 2025 filed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Krishna Kant Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review applicant and Sri Ashok Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent herein (petitioner in the writ petition). 3. This is a review application seeking review of the order dated August 8, 2025 passed by this Court. 4. It is to be noted that the order under review dated August 8, 2025 was passed by this Court on the specific submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 5. On the date of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the bank had categorically submitted that the gold loan had been granted subsequent to the loan account becoming NPA. Now this particular review has been filed contradicting the said submission. 6. In our view, such kind of contradictory submissions cannot be a ground for review.
