No.226 of 2004 on the file of District Munisf Judge at Udumalpet and by considering the representation dated 27.1.2024, 7.8.2024 within a time frame For Petitioner(s): Mr.K.Myilsamy For Respondent(s): Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, Govt. counsel Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.01.2024 & 07.08.2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed the representations dated 27.01.2024 & 07.08.2024 before the respondents, requesting them for issuance of patta, pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 16.10.2012 in OS.No.226 of 2004. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representations will be disposed of within a period of 2 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.01.2024 & 07.08.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost. 7.
