The case Of the Prosecution iS that On 12.12.2024, the Sub-Inspector of police, Bommuru Police Station] On receipt Of Credible information regarding the illegal possession and transportat'[on of ganja, secured the presence of mediatorsJ and -Inspected the Vehicles. The Sub-Inspector Of police apprehended the petitioner, other accused, and found -In their possession 205,800 KGs of Ganja 'ln eight bags in a Mahindra Marshal vehicle bearing No.APO5 AH. 7424, seized under a mediatOrS' report and arrested, them. 3. Sri Karukola Simhachalam, the learned COunSel for the Petitioner, subm-Its that the petitioner has not committed any offence; he is falsely implIICated in this Case-, he iS SOle breadwinner Of his family', he iS ready tO abide any conditions to be imposed by this court; and urged to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4. Per cOnfra, Mr.Neelotphal Ganji, the learned Assistant Public prosecutor, submits that the pet'ltioner was found in possession of 205.800 KGs of Ganja, Which iS a commercial quantity. However, it iS Submitted that there are no adverse antecedents against the petitioner, charge sheet is yet to be filed and requested to pass appropriate orders. t..-, I -+ 5. Perusedtherecord. Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.2266 of2025 Dated 26.06.2O25 6. As seen from the record, the petjtjoner has been jn the judjc]'a[ custody for the past 196 days. The learned Assistant public Prosecutor fairly conceded that there are no adverse antecedents against the petitl-oner. 7. Keeping into consjderatjon the number of days the pet[|tjoner has been in judicial custody, the nature of the allegations levelled aga]-nst him, stage of the ][nvestI-gatjOn and h[-s alleged role in the case, this court is l'ncII'ned to enlarge the petitioner on bail wllth Certain stringent conditions. 8. Th,'s Court is of the opinion that ]'f certain stringent condI-lions are I-mposed on the petj{ioner for securing his presence before the learned Trial Court for trI'al, the interest of justice would be met. 9. ln the result, the crjmjnal petition is allowed with the following condjtI'OnS.I I'.
