Since petitioner herein has not completed her normal tenure of posting at present place of posting, this Court sees no reason to interfere in the impugned transfer order, however, having taken note of the fact that petitioner is seeking transfer on medical grounds, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authority within a period of three days, stating therein reason for seeking transfer as well as stations vacant, if any, which in turn, shall be decided by the

2 competent authority expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass detailed speaking
order thereupon taking note of the transfer policy, which provides for transfer of an employee on medical grounds. Till the time representation, if any, filed by the petitioner is not decided, petitioner shall not be compelled to join at the transfer station. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. p
