Narendar) The counsel for the Cantonment Board submits that she has been instructed to state that the Cantonment 2025:UHC:449-DB 2 Board has no proposal to construct any shops in the place which the petitioner claims was earlier a park. 2) Counsel for the respondent would also place before the Court copy of the complaints received by the Board wherein the petitioner has reported that illegal activities are being carried out during the night and that the park being used for the consumption of drugs etc. The same is taken on record. 3) In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent Board to consider the instant writ petition as a representation, and appropriate reply be forwarded to the petitioner. The consideration and a reply may be expedited at any rate within an outer limit of four weeks. 4) Writ petition stands ordered accordingly. ________________ G.
