Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to official respondents to protect her life and liberty and that of her family members. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate direction is issued to respondent no.3-Superintendent of Police, Ambala, Haryana, to decide the representations dated 22.04.2025 and 28.07.2025, Annexures P-1 and P-3, respectively, moved by the petitioner and take necessary action. 3. Notice of motion to official respondents only. 4. Mr. Vishal Kashyap, Sr. DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that needful shall be done in due course. 5. In case, respondent no.3 does not find any substance in the allegations levelled in the representation, Annexure P-3, the petitioner shall be informed as per mandate of law. 7.
