From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she herself had gone away from her house because she was in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90230 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 relationship with the petitioner Pankaj Kumar. 4. The petitioner Pankaj Kumar is in custody since 03.07.2024 whereas the petitioner Rahul Kumar is in custody since 04.09.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai/concerned court in connection with Gadhpura P.S.
