Tiwari, Spl.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 04.04.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2024, S.T. Case No.123 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 66/77/308/303/352/351(2)(3)/3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 67 of I.T. Act and thereafter charge has been framed under Section 64(1) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 67 of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim and also made her obscene video viral in social media. Mr. Sahil, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim has been examined during trial and she has stated that petitioner has not done anything to her. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar P.S.
