Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Motta, Advocate, for respondent No. 4. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 12.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal Shakti Bhawan, Shimla, which is taken on record, Mr. B.C.Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that HP Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur, has recently made recommendation for filing up 19 vacant posts of Pump Operator 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 through waiting panel in the department in which the name of the petitioner is also included. He states that matter of posting and offering appointment to the petitioner with other newly selected candidates against the post of Pump Operator, as per recommendation of the HPRCA, Hamirpur, is under process. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that pursuant to recommendation made by respondent-HPRCA, appointment against the post of Pump Operator is made expeditiously, preferably within four weeks. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
