CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
"(a) Call for records in Spl.C.C.No.455/2017 on the file of the LXXVII on the file of the Additional City Civil Sessions Judge and Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act at Bengaluru City. (b) Quash the impugned additional charge sheet filed in Spl.C.C.No.455/2017 on the file of the 77th Additional City Civil Sessions Judge and Special Judge at Bengaluru for Prevention of Corruption Act against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 471 of the IPC and Sections 13(1), (c)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act insofar as it pertains to the Petitioners. (c) Quash the impugned
order dated 06.08.2025 passed in in Spl.C.C.No.455/2017 by the 77th Additional City Civil Sessions Judge and Special Judge at Bengaluru for Prevention of Corruption Act for having taken cognizance of the offences Punishable Under Section 13(1), (c)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act insofar as it pertains to the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition is filed challenging the
order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the trial Court taking cognizance of the offences as against the petitioners, who are arranged as accused Nos.9 and 10 in Spl.C.C.No.455/2017. However, subsequently, the petitioners having filed an application seeking discharge, the same came to be rejected by the trial Court vide order dated 06.08.2025. Aggrieved by which, the petitioners have preferred Criminal Revision Petition No.1378/2025. It is, therefore, submitted that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to urge all contentions including the contentions relating to validity of sanction, legality, validity and correctness of sanction, jurisdiction of the trial Court and taking of cognizance Amount etc. in the connected Criminal Revision Petition No.1378/2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission made by the learned counsel for the

contentions relating to legality, validity and correctness of the sanction order, jurisdiction of the trial Court and taking of cognizance etc. in Criminal Revision Petition No.1378/2025, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
