JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 22-04-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State. 2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondents specially the Inspector General of Police, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) to arrest the accused person who has committed rape upon the petitioner by luring her to marry and further for fair and proper investigation under his supervision/direction in connection with Mahila P.S. Case Patna High Court CR. WJC No.86 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 No. 34 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 under sections 127(2), 64, 89 of B.N.S. Act, 2023. The petitioner further prays for directing the Superintendent of Police to adding the section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in the FIR bearing Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 dt. 30.08.2024 because due to pressure of opposite party no.8 police has not properly considered the written report of the petitioner therefore section 69 of the BNS, 2023 not added in the FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. Shishir/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
