Concededly, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar is still in seisin of the matter which is posted for October 13, 2025. The written examination in Education, Urdu and Chemistry discipline is scheduled for October 5, 2025 and October 12, 2025. 2. We had heard the matter at some length when during the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties had reached a consensus: the petitioners shall move an appropriate application before the Tribunal to prepone the hearing. And the respondents shall also file their respective reply/response within a week from today. Least any prejudice is caused to the rights/interests of the petitioners. 3. That being so, we are not required to delve any further into the merits of the case of the either party. Suffice it to say, in the event, the petitioners move any such application, as indicated above, the Tribunal shall take cognizance thereof and pass necessary orders as regards the interim relief Sr.No. 18 2 WP(C) No. 2329/2025 that is being prayed for by the petitioners or the main case itself, as considered appropriate. 4.
