The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the subject land was classified as “gramanatham” till the year 1966. Subsequently, it was changed to the category of “Temple property”. Thereafter, in the year 2018, once again it was re-classified as “gramanatham”. Under these circumstances, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 07.05.2025, requesting the respondent for issuance of gramanamtham patta, in respect of the subject property. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2025 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
