Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. 3. The case pertains to money transactions. The grievance of the petitioner is that though warrant was issued to secure the accused in the year 2023, the same was not executed by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition. 4.
