Copy of the request of learned Mediator has also been transmitted alongwith this application which indicates that learned Mediator has sought time of fifteen days from 20.02.2025 as on 19.02.2025 parties to the lis had sought further time for resolution of dispute by way of amicable settlement. Though period of extension sought by learned Mediator has already expired, however, this application for extension of time has been listed for the first time in the Court today. Therefore, time for completing mediation proceedings, is extended up to 10.04.2025 in terms of order dated 31.12.2024 and report of learned Mediator be transmitted through Secretary, DLSA, to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on record at appropriate place after receipt thereof.
