Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working since 15.07.2011 in the post of aganwadi assistant. He further submits that the petitioner is entitled for promotion to the post of aganwadi worker but the petitioner is being deprived from the promotion to the post of aganwadi worker. He further submits that though the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Collector, Raigarh since 13.08.2024, but till date no steps have been taken and the representation has not been decided. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation is still pending before the Collector, the same will be decided within a period of three months. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.08.2024. 5. Considering the same, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to decide the representation dated 13.08.2024 within a period of 3 months from today. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. 7.
