The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 32(1) & (3) and 41(1) & (2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, total 7.29 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. As per paragraph – 3, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature. 4.
