The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 148/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 61(2), 316(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338 & 340(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. During the audit of the liquor shop n amely Pithoria Composite, it transpired that Rs. 47,83,143/- has been embezzled by shop in- charge. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not the shop in-charge of Pithoria Composite. It was further submitted that co-accused Piyush Pratap Singh, who was in-charge of the aforesaid liquor shop has confessed that he has embezzled the said amount. It was also submitted that petitioner was employed in liquor shop in the month of June, 2024. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or her successor in connection with Pithoria P.S.
