Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner is occupying one shop being tenant under respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 asked the petitioner to vacate the said shop or otherwise to face dire consequences. As the petitioner refused to vacate the said shop, respondents No.4 and 5 set on fire the said shop on the night intervening between 20/21.04.2024, as a result of which all the articles lying in the shop were burnt. The matter was reported to the police by the petitioner vide complaint Annexure P-3 dated 21.04.2024 but till date, the police has failed to take any action against the culprits. The petitioner will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to the police authorities to consider and decide complaint Annexure P-3 in accordance with law, in a given time frame. 2. Notice of motion. 3. Mr. Balram Singh, Addl. In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide complaint dated 21.04.2024 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
