Petitioners have filed petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0080, dated 22.04.2021, under Sections 323, 34, 341, 427, 506 and 325 (added later on ) of IPC, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind (Annexure P- 1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that compromise has been effected between the parties. It is contended that all the offences levelled against the petitioners are compoundable, so they may be directed to move an appropriate application for permission to compound the offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners further prays that as the petitioners intend to go abroad, the trial Court may be directed to decide the application within a time frame. 3. Heard. 4.
