State of U.P. and others), has not been interfered with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's application for character certificate in terms of Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation dated 12th August, 2025 to said respondent.
