Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondents no.2 and 3 to depute some other Block Level Officer in Village Unkalan, Block Nigohi, Tehsil Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur for revision of electoral roll of the village panchayat. 3. The case of the petitioner is that respondents no.5 and 6 are nephew and niece respectively of Nasra Begum, who was one of the candidates for the post of Pradhan in the previous election. The petitioner apprehends that respondents no.5 and 6 would favour their Aunt. The petitioner has made complaint in this behalf before respondents no.2 and 3. It is stated that on the representation of the petitioner, respondent no.3 has called for a report from the Lekhpal and in his report, it is mentioned that respondents no.5 and 6 are nephew and niece respectively of Nasra Begum who was candidate in the previous election. 4. Sri Imran Syed, holding brief of Sri Tarun Agrawal, Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 and Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.2, 3 and 4 submit that the complaint/representation may be directed to be examined by respondent no.2. 5. This, in our opinion, will subserve the ends of justice. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to take into Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ahmad Saeed Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Tarun Agrawal Anees Khan .....Petitioner(s) State Election Commission, U.P.
