1. On the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, nobody has turned up to cause appearance for the petitioner.
2. Order dated 10.02.2025 requiring the petitioner to deposit 50% of the amount due as on date has also not been complied with. It seems that the petitioner, having failed to comply with the interim direction passed by this Court on 10.02.2025, has decided to abandon the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction shall stand vacated.
4. Respondents shall be free to proceed against the secured asset to recover its amount in accordance with law. Concerned authorities, including the SHO of the concerned Police Station, shall render all assistance.
