The order of the coordinate Bench was challenged before the Division Bench in L.P.A. No.658 of 2022 and the L.P.A has also been dismissed by order dated 12.10.2023. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the issue in question has been set at rest up to the Division Bench. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent State also accepts the said submission. 4. In view of the above and considering that the same impugned order was the subject matter in the aforesaid writ petitions which were affirmed upto the Division Bench, this petition is dismissed.
