This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 29 days in preferring the connected revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has submitted that she has no objection if the delay is condoned. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the delay is condoned. The connected revision petitions shall be registered and listed accordingly for admission hearing.
