In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the representation of the applicant as noted in the order passed by the Writ Court has been decided vide order dated 31.12.2024 passed by the opposite party. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 31.12.2024 on merits before the appropriate forum.
