Ms. Seema Agarwal, learned standing counsel appearing for the State- respondents has placed on record the instructions received from the Divisional Director, Social Forestry, Forest Division, Basti enclosing therewith an order dated 01.09.2025 whereby the impugned order has been withdrawn on the objection of the Gaon Sabha. 3.
