By way of filing this petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 30.01.2009 passed by the respondents, by which the petitioner was placed under suspension. 2. At the time of filing of this petition, the age of the petitioner was 49 years and no interim order has been passed staying operation of the suspension order. More than 15 years have passed in between. The respondents might have concluded the inquiry against the petitioner and passed (2 of 2) [CW-1509/2009] appropriate orders, therefore, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
