Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to implead the Station House Officer, Police Station- Puramufti, Commissionerate- Prayagraj, as respondent no.4, during the course of the day. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an interim order dated 29.11.2018 was passed by this Court in Writ- C No. 38969 of 2018. 4. The allegation is that the local police is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the disputed piece of land and are intending to construct police chauki over the same, in utter disregard to the above mentioned order dated 29.11.2018 passed by the Court. 5. This Court vide order dated 06.03.2025 granted time to the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter. 6. Sri Nand Lal Maurya, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, on the basis of the instructions received from the newly impleaded respondent no.4, refuted the allegation made by the petitioner in the writ petition and made statement that no threat has ever been given to the petitioner as alleged nor any interference has been made in his possession over the property belonging to him. The relevant portion of the instructions dated 03.05.2025 is extracted herein below: "प्रश्नगत सम्पतत्ति ससे सम्बननन्धित ररिट ययाचचिकया (सस) 38969/2018 मसेससर लयाइट एण्ड कम्पनस प्रयाइवसेट तलचमटसेड बनयाम उ०प्र० रियाज्य व 03 अनय तथया अवमयाननया एप्लसकसे शन (तसचवल) ससंख्यया- 4427/2020 मसेससर लयाइट एण्ड कम्पनस प्रयाईवसेट तलचमटसेड बनयाम शस अजय नयारियायन तससंह , सब चडचवजनल आचफिसरि वतरमयान मम मया० उच्चि नययाययालय इलयाहयाबयाद मम चवचियारियान्धिसन हहै। प्रकरिण मम स्थयानसय थयानया पपुतलस दयारिया ययाचिस ससे सम्बननन्धित सम्पतत्ति परि ककोई चनमयारण अथवया हस्तकसेप नहहीं चकयया जया रिहया हहै औरि न हस उसकको कब्जसे ससे बसेदखल चकयसे जयानसे हसेतपु न्धिमकयायया अथवया उत्पसचड़ित चकयया जया रिहया हहै। ययाचिस कया आरिकोप चनरियान्धियारि एवसं तथ्यहसन हहै। प्रकरिण रियाजस्व ससे सम्बननन्धित तसचवल प्रकक चत कसे चववयाद कया हकोनया पयायया गयया हहै , प्रकरिण मम ककोई प्रथम ससूचिनया ररिपकोटर चकसस पककयारि ककी ओरि ससे स्थयानसय थयानया पपुतलस मम दजर नहहीं हहै। प्रकरिण मम उप तजलया मतजस्टटसेट, तहससल सदरि, प्रययागरियाज एवसं तहससलदयारि, सदरि, प्रययागरियाज दयारिया प्रश्नगत सम्पतत्ति कया स्थलसय चनरिसकण व रियाजस्व चवभयाग ककी कयायरवयाहस हसेतपु चनयत चततथ परि अपसेचकत पपुतलस बल अवश्य उपलब्न्धि करियायया जयायसेगया।" 7. The copy of the aforesaid instructions dated 03.05.2025 received from Sri Manoj Singh, S.H.O., Police Station- Puramufti, Commissionerate- Prayagraj, is taken on record. 8. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel and the contents of the instructions from the respondent no.4, as quoted herein above nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 9. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel on the strength of the above quoted instructions dated 03.05.2025 received from S.H.O., Police Station- Puramufti, Commissionerate- Prayagraj.
