Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Present applicant Mansavi Farsi, S/o Rajesh Farsi is praying for regular bail in relation to FIR dated 25.03.2025, bearing FIR/Case Crime No. 0058 of 2025, registered at P.S. Prem Nagar, District Dehradun wherein present applicant along with six others have been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3), 324(5), 352 of BNS 2023 read with Section 3, 25, 27 of Arms Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and other co- accused Harsh Tyagi who has been assigned similar role has already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 13.06.2025. He also contended that other co-accused, namely, Ujjwal Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Kartikey Sharma, Harivansh Magluria have already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from this, he submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history. 5. On the other side, Ms. Meenkashi Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the State has not disputed this fact that the other co-accused have already been granted bail and the applicant deserves for parity and the applicant has no previous criminal history. 6. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that other co- accused have already been enlarged on 2025:UHC:6215 bail and similar role has been assigned to the present applicant, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant “Mansavi Farsi” be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
