Keeping in view the earlier order dated 18.07.2025, counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 18.09.2025 received from Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh. 2. A perusal of the communication would go on to show that the decision has been taken to release the benefit of NPA in respect of the petitioner, as per Notification dated 28.07.1998 and subsequent Notifications issued by the Government, pertaining to Non Practicing Allowance, by making calculations of retiral benefits w.e.f. 01.09.1997 onwards, with further directions to also get the revised pension/family pension sanctioned and released to them by the competent authority and annexed as Flag-B. 3. Resultantly, we close the proceedings with direction that the financial benefits be paid within eight weeks. (G.S.
