GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 6115 of 2020 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus challenging the action of 3rd respondent interfering into civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent and by directing the petitioner to pay amounts to the 4th respondent as per agreement dated 14.06.2017 without having any jurisdiction is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere into the civil disputes between the Petitioner and 4th Respondent and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Kata Samba Siva Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
