No. 66094 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim’s compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 852 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. 4. The order dated 09.04.2024 is modified to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1270 of 2025(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 extent indicated above. 5.
