When a history sheet no. 95A dated 12.8.2024 was prepared vis-a-vis the petitioner, the petitioner has represented before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr on 30.7.2025 in the light of the judgement and order dated 21.1.2025 passed in the case of Firoj Malik vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2025 SCC Online All 315. Grievance of the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner was not being decided. 2. Learned AGA submits that the representation shall be decided expeditiously. 3. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr, may decide the application dated 30.7.2025 of the petitioner in the light of the judgement relied upon by him within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 4.
